APPROACH
My approach primarily draws upon evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused, and Mindfulness/Relaxation techniques. This is supplemented with resources to reinforce concepts. I support clients in drawing from their unique lens of experience to effect meaningful change. This starts by first meeting individuals where they are, then guiding treatment in a personalized manner. You can expect your treatment experience to be collaborative, compassionate, and confidential.
